This past May, I made the move to Palm Desert after more than 20 years of doing hair in Los Angeles. I was ready for a little more sunshine, a slower pace, and the chance to bring my passion for hair and beauty to this beautiful community.
My love for this industry started early. Growing up in Upstate New York, I earned my cosmetology license right out of high school and opened my first salon at just 23. From there, my journey took me to San Francisco, where I worked with L’Oréal and eventually became their Educational Manager for the Southwest, teaching stylists the art of hair color. While I loved mentoring professionals, I realized my heart was happiest working directly with clients — creating color, cuts, and styles that made them feel like the best version of themselves.
Over the years, I’ve worked in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and even at a prestigious color salon on Madison Avenue in New York City before returning to Los Angeles in 2004. Each step has deepened my love for what I do and taught me the importance of not just creating beautiful hair, but also helping clients understand how to care for it.
Now, I’m thrilled to bring that experience here to Palm Desert. Whether you’re looking for dimensional color, seamless extensions, or simply a fresh new style, my goal is always the same: to provide beautiful results in a welcoming, comfortable space — and to make sure you leave feeling confident and cared for.
