Lisa Sexton grew up in Upstate New York. She received her cosmetology licence right out of high-school. At 23, she opened her own salon. After a few years she sold it and moved to San Francisco. She was then promoted to L'Oreal's educational manager of the south west teaching hair color to stylists full time, after part time work with them.
Lisa's passion for hair and personal contact with clientele led her from teaching back to doing hair personally. She worked for two prominent salons in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. From there she was offered an opportunity to work for a color salon on Madison Avenue in NYC. Lisa returned to Los Angeles in 2004 and has made it her home.
Lisa is a licensed Cosmetologist in both NY and CA. A certified in hair extension specialist. Specializing in S0-cap extensions and has been recently been certified to do v-light extensions. She is also certified in the Deva cut method, Amika’s frizz fighting treatment and also certified to do Brazilian blowouts. She takes extreme pride in her work providing the best color cut and/or style. She is also dedicated to educating her clients on how to treat and maintain the healthiest hair possible.
Lisa is always happy to answer any questions. Whether or not you decide to make her your stylist or extension professional, she strongly encourages all to seek out answers to their questions to ensure the best styling experience and outcome.
